YYC Cycle Spin Studio - University District

The instructors and owner are not only motivating but also genuinely care about each rider's journey. Their energy is contagious, and every class feel like a celebration of movement. The studio caters to all fitness levels, this was my first time trying cycling and I feel right at home here.

The community here is supportive, encouraging, and always ready to cheer you on. I would definitely recommend!!!

Loving my experience ar YYC Cycle as a new rider. Many motivators focus on listening to one's body and enjoying the work-out. The energy in the spin room is undeniable, and the abundant themes make it extra fun! YYC Cycle has everything a rider could need, including spin shoes to borrow (included in class price), sweat towels, and toiletries in the washrooms (hair ties, deodorant, shower supplies). The classes are expensive, but keep your eyes out for membership sales!

YYC Cycle is such an inclusive, energetic, fun spin studio, both the Marda Loop and University locations. There is such a diversity of playlists and spin rides and the spin motivators are so engaging and really get to know you and there is never any pressure to push yourself beyond your own means. The patience, kindness and compassion for first time riders is top tier!!
It is a very personalized strong community. Everyone at the front desk is so warm and welcoming and do a wonderful job in connecting with all of the spin riders, and ensuring they have all the information they need to ensure the full benefit of the ride. There are so many wonderful staff members to mention, all of you are just amazing and thankyou for making me feel so at home!! A must spin studio to experience.

I was a guest at one of Morgan classes and I have to say I really enjoyed myself and I pushed what I could do. Morgan took the time to explain things to me on how the bike works and if I need to readjust. Morgan is killer at what she does, she made me feel welcome and part of the community. Definitely can’t wait for another spin class again

The classes and staff are fantastic. They are really welcoming to new riders and make sure to not make you feel stupid about not knowing what to do or getting help with the equipment. The facility though loses two stars from me because there are no changing room or shower facilities. There is one shower but it feels like you’re encouraged not to use it so I can’t see how someone would do a morning or lunchtime class and then go back to work
