I’ve been to several hairdressers in Edmonton, and honestly, Kayla has been the best by far. She goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable, from offering tea or coffee, to wrapping a warm towel around your neck, to giving an amazing head massage. You feel relaxed the moment you walk in. Kayla truly listens to what you want and gives realistic advice based on your hair type and always delivers results that work beautifully with your hair. I always leave the salon feeling confident and refreshed. I also love how committed she is to supporting small, local, and Canadian-made brands. She's always curating unique, high-quality products to showcase in her shop, and her attention to detail is exceptional. Whether it’s adjusting to the changing seasons or elevating the overall vibe, she has a great eye for it all. She’s not just a talented stylist, she’s an incredible business owner. I've been going to Kayla for about a year now and couldn't be happier. I go in for a men's haircut and she always finds a way to add that extra bit of style so that I look and feel my best. I have also seen how she interacts with other customers and it's clear that building and maintaining her clients' trust is very important to her.
