I'm ecstatic to have found this place!! Been going to the normal gym for a few years and ever since pandemic I have backed off quite a bit. Finding this special way of work out, Im in and out within 30 minutes! Feeling like I have worked out over an hour at the normal gym! My muscles feel worked and I can already see results after a couple sessions. Definitely more toned up now. Sydney is amazing and coaches you 1-1 the entire session. She is very kind, down to earth and easy to chat with! LOVE YA!!

What I also like about it is that there is only ME and THE TRAINER in the room! Beats worrying about the heavy traffic flow of a normal gym. Lastly, the cost is very reasonable. In comparison to paying a gym membership PLUS paying for a trainer, their price includes it all! HIGHLY recommend trying this place out if your looking for an alternative, time saving, effective way of work out!

PS. They even have a private washroom/shower room provided for you! (towels, soaps, etc all included!)

It’s an awesome new way to experience fitness. I have been on a weight loss journey for over a month now, and Xfit has become the perfect fitness program for me. Not only does it stimulate up to 90% of muscles simultaneously during the workout but it also helps to improve my metabolism and fat loss.

I have been wanting to get into better shape for many years but a conventional gym membership would never work for me. At XFitYYC I can easily fit workouts into my schedule. The sessions are effective and the one-on-one instruction is very professional and always encouraging. Sydney is amazing! I am so happy that I have started down this path to better fitness.

This is one of the best workouts ever. Sydney is super knowledgeable and so fun to work with. The time goes by so fast! . She is so encouraging and motivating. The Varsity location is very clean and Covid safe. Sydney thoroughly went over my scan and a made me feel really good about myself! She offered ways I can improve and gave me lots of tips. I would absolutely recommend XFIT and 100% recommend Sydney as a trainer :)

I've been going to XFIT for the last couple months & training with Sydney and honestly am SO HAPPY with my results! I have actually dropped down in weight, body fat % and overall feel more healthy & toned! Sydney is so knowledgable, tailors workouts to what your goals are, always has a smile on her face & makes every time enjoyable! Would HIGHLY recommend for anyone looking to get more fit without going to the gym 6 days a week!!
