I had one of the best massages I have ever had from Brittany! She was attentive, listened to my concerns and time managed the treatment perfectly. She’s a lovely person, easy to talk to and share some laughs. I will definitely be back to see her for massage and for acupuncture!

I had the pleasure of meeting Lindsay Vajta today, it was the first time I ever came in for a professional massage. Lindsay made me feel comfortable, explained everything step by step. She is very knowledgable, personable and you can tell Lindsay has a passion for her art. I left there feeling great and had some new found energy that was greatly welcomed! Definitely recommend specially being a Bigger girl I had a comfortable experience. Thank you and can't wait to come back again.

I had a lymphatic body massage yesterday with Lindsay, and I’m so impressed! She explained everything so clearly, and the massage was incredibly relaxing—I could barely drive afterward, haha. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Kat is an incredibly talented therapist. She can feel where the tension is in my body so well and she has many techniques to release it. I can’t wait to try some other service at Wellness on 1st soon! Highly recommend!

Booked a chair massage a few days ago. I had laparoscopic surgery and my doctor suggested a chair massage to help with back pain. Regardless of medical advice, they called me an hour and a half before my scheduled massage to cancel it. It's fine that they won't trust medical advice, but there is no excuse for waiting an hour and a half before an appointment to cancel it (they have a 24 hour policy... I guess only their time is valuable)
