We were at the Sunridge location on Sunday June 22nd and after a day of no service or bad service or just plain being ignored in other stores; it was a pleasure to shop at Warehouse One. The two young ladies greeted us with smiles and were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the stock. We happily bought jeans and shirts and left the store with smiles. We will be back. If other stores had service like this, retail would not be in the trouble it is in.

Was in today just browsing the mall casually and decided to check out the sales at Warehouse One. I was greeted as soon as I walked in with my brother and i felt very welcome and appreciated. Tess was extremely helpful in helping me find what I was looking for and made some thoughtful suggestions. I have never in my life experienced customer service like this before. I can clearly see why she is the manager. Keep up the amazing work and I highly recommend this location simply because of a great experience. Keep up the amazing work, great people deserve to be recognized.

Very nice store with excellent and wonderful customer service provided by Tess, I saw her interact with other clients too, she made every client feel special, she was super helpful, kind, polite and welcoming, if only every store had such customer service! It really makes a difference to get great customer service, we will be back to get more jeans!
