Wonderful experience... Wilber fixed my Moms wedding rings beautifully, professionally. It was a very cold -22C snowy day & I haven't a car, so very chilled when I reached Mr Adam's shop to pick-up Moms rings. This man has such a kind heart, he insisted on driving me back to catch the train. What shop owner does that!! I'm so grateful. My Mom has passed away & I wear her rings, now fused together, on my pinkie, the stone now held firm in place. Thank you Wilber. You're a good man.

Wilber helped me with shopping for an engagement ring, and then made a ring that my partner loves. He was also friendly and quick, and worked within my budget. He also met with us to get a clear idea of what her we wanted and was made it really easy for us. I Cannot recommend him enough.

This man is awesome. Second time using him for repairs, resizing. Very honest, friendly, prompt and affordable. He is extremely knowledgeable and great at ideas how showcase your piece of jewellery. Highly recommend him.

Do not recommend getting a gold chain fixed here. I took in three gold chains to get fixed. All three gold chains were fixed with a different colour, almost a rose gold. Very visible on all three chains. And he told me I should have let him know I wanted it fixed with same colour. Pretty sure it’s his job to tell me it will be a different colour. I’ve had one of these chains fixed before and never had this issue. 10/10 do not recommend as after our conversation and me pointing out defects he was rude and unprofessional.
