I’ve been coming to Vitality Treatment Centre for acupuncture, seeing Sabrina Lindquist for a little over three years now and she is amazing!! She’s extremely thorough in her work, while seeking the best option(s) in treatment at each session. She’s genuinely concerned with curiosity and provides a variety of experiences while practicing versatility in her work. I recently tried the cosmetic acupuncture and it gave me this wonderful glow. She made the experience very relaxing and professional like a spa. On top of all this, I receive helpful materials for at home. Thanks Sabrina for your exceptional service!

This clinic is far the best along oak bay ave! All the practitioners are equally great and are so kind ! They have a bathroom and nice heated massage tables. The RMTs here have a lot of experience and are mature. Thank you Vitality ! Shout out to Suzanne and her funny stories, Sanae who is always cheerful, Anna who gives the best relaxation massages and to Christina, who is so sweet and her lymphatic drainage is the best.

Very disappointed. I had booked this massage in advance and even planned my leave from work just to match the available slot. On the same day, I was informed that the massage therapist was sick. While I understand that people can get sick, there was no communication ahead of time—no call, no email, nothing. I had to wait until the day of the appointment to find out it was canceled. No apology was even offered. This shows a lack of professionalism and consideration for clients’ time. This is supposed to be my first time but won’t be coming back.

I booked a massage for acute shoulder pain with a RMT. Instead, was told I was going to get fascial treatment by the “therapist”, which is not what I requested. I was told that I would need to go numerous times to eventually get pain relief. Normally, one massage can last me months to years and relieves the pain immediately. I am in the same pain now, if not worse, than before I had that “treatment”. I strongly recommend going elsewhere if you want a true deep muscle massage. Now I have to look for another massage for significant muscular pain…
