Supreme attention to detail, extremely cheap prices and the most friendly staff I've encountered in a while! The Korean owner is such a kind individual and delivers desired results perfectly each time. The interior is very clean and I always leave satisfied with my hair. 100% recommend! ???

You won't regret to come and get the hair cut service as she is much better than her predecessor in terms of work ethic (be focused on your hair cut only), work attitude (attention to details) and her skillsets in WPG.

The two hairstylists were super sweet and patient. They were skilled and worked pretty fast, getting two perms and a haircut done in three hours without making us wait too long. We'll definitely come back next time.

Been there couple of times but this time I feel disappointed. Reserved for 5 pm and when I get there on time, the lady was cutting somebody else’s hair and just said hi. At 5:05, I said I have a reservation and she just said “I know”. Why didn’t you say sorry if you knew you needed more time with the customer you were having? After 15 minutes’ waiting, it was my turn but the whole process took only 15 minutes, just as long as my waiting time. She didn’t even dry my hair. When I got off my car, much hair was on the seat. I was not supposed to be treated like this. I just don’t understand what happened to this lady and why she treated me like this. Would never ever go back. Horrible experience!

Alright, since you replied to me and I don’t know how to reply on Google Maps so I’ll just speak here.

You said you asked me to wait for 5-10 minutes, and that’s true. My reservation was at 5pm, and I arrived just on time, right? You didn’t say anything until I asked you for reservation, is that right? You were supposed to say sorry to me and politely asked me to wait for some time before I spoke because I was made to wait. I was told to wait for 5-10 minutes, which I was not supposed to do, as a customer, would that waiting be a good experience? You did say thanks for the waiting, but you should say SORRY! I don’t know why you were cutting somebody’s hair at 5pm and until 5:15 but that’s not my fault. And ridiculously, you cut my hair for 15 minutes, which was insanely fast. And you said somebody was waiting behind. So I only deserved 15 minutes? I am also a customer, right? I RESERVED! So the reservation was only for 15 minutes? Before you would ask if I needed something sprayed on my hair but this time nothing! You didn’t even dry my hair! You should be sorry for this. And you said you did balabala but isn’t that what you should do? Why are you always talking about the things that you did and you were supposed to do? It’s your JOB. I’ll say this again: I don’t deserve everything that just happened to me and my 25 dollars too!
