Urban Massage Therapy

First time going to Urban Massage and my experience was great from beginning to end. Receptionist was friendly, welcoming and helpful! My appointment was on time and Christian was very professional and thorough with the massage. He definitely knew what he was doing and always made sure by asking, if the pressure was okay. I enjoyed the full hour immensely and will go back ! Full 5 star score for a full 5 star rewarding experience!

All of the staff I have met at Urban Massage Therapy are friendly and professional. I have met with several Massage Therapists there and have had very good experiences! I enjoy deep-pressure Massage and usually see Kendra or Lori - they are both wonderful. It's easier to relax when you trust the people caring for you. I also once had an issue with my insurance and Jenn was very patient and kind while helping me get everything straightened out. Great team!!

Kendra was so friendly and the environment was very relaxing. The table was heated and there was relaxing music. Everything went very smoothly and they actually take the time to talk about your health profile. I will definitely book again here.

I had booked a massage appointment just after I went to see my chiropractor, for a red light treatment, I was in a great deal of pain
He also suggestedI not go for any massage Until this settled down, because of the inflammation. I was suffering from quite significantly at that time so rather than stand them up I went there to explain why I had to cancel my appt ; feeling very disappointed and one of the massage therapist recommended reflexology Instead. I am so happy I did that it was the best reflexology treatment I ever had. I left feeling tingly & relaxed, and my feet felt great. I have booked another appointment in 10 days and I’m bringing my husband who actually is open to the idea of going for a treatment, great staff, super understanding and willing to accommodate and be Flexible. I’ve gone for hundreds of massages in my lifetime and this place is a true gem Check it out! I should mention that My Son recommended this place to me and insisted I go and I’m so glad that he did! he’s 22 I’m 63. My son went for a massage and told me that they really helped him I would highly recommend this place for you or your loved ones friends and family

The receptionist was pleasant and welcoming. Christian, the massage therapist was friendly and professional. He took time to explain his actions clearly, and to offer information regarding how to address the issues that brought me in.
