Kristine was thorough in asking questions to help get to the root of my discomfort. The 1 hr assessment with her gave me more relief than I have received from Chiro and Massage. The stretches that she gave me are also incredibly helpful. I would highly recommend her. I wish I knew about her year's ago!

I had a comfortable experience with Kristine. She was great at explaining what she was doing and how it affect me. It was amazing how she was able to make my foot feel so much better without causing a lot of pain. She gives homework that needs to be done to make sure the work she does continues to be effective. Kristine was amazing!

Best therapist I have ever had!! Kristine is always amazing and has a good working knowledge of sports injuries. She is always providing me feedback to improve muscle pain and I have noticed a huge improvement since i started going to her.

Kristine is phenomenal. I was a bit post-covid shy lol I had a great experience and one of the best massages I've ever received. Kristine is very knowledgeable and we had a detailed consult before my massage. Her therapy room is calm, relaxing, and well set-up-even the back garden is peaceful. Plus there was chocolate! Who doesn't like chocolate?? Highly, highly recommend Kristine!
