Dealing with many beauty suppliers across Canada for the last 30 years, I have come to appreciate great customer service and honesty,I feel that Tru beauty Is exactly that, They have a great arrangement and stock list of natural and clean brands especially several Canadian ones. A special thanks to the Edmonton Showroom and Jade for always greeting us with a smile and amazing service.

I can't express how thankful I am to have found tru beauty.

As a hairstylist who wants to stay in the industry for a long time, I think it's really important to use high-quality products that are as nontoxic as possible. For clients they only deal with the chemicals that we do once every few months in most cases for a few hours, but we deal with them all day. I love that tru beauty is owned by people who care about our health and who are also also Stylists so they know what products are going to work and work well while still being good for us and good for the environment.

In addition, the owners and staff at tru beauty in Edmonton are unbelievable. They are so knowledgable, so kind, and so generous. I like to be conscious not just about my health but also about who I'm giving my money to and who I'm supporting and these guys are the kind of people I feel honoured to be supporting.

Best beauty retailers hands down. If you haven't tried them out you definitely should.

Yesterday my sister and I had the pleasure of going to this store for the first time. Jade went above and beyond to explain all of the products to us as we were unfamiliar with all of them. She also did a demo on a flat iron/curling iron combo which my sister ended up buying.
She is definitely a fantastic employee as her interactions with us was so friendly and helpful it made me want to write this review.
