First time here. First time to any Torrid location. Welcoming staff. Very helpful and they are on point in terms of when to expect inventory. It's next level retail I tell ya.

Great selection of plus size fashionable, trendy clothes. Sizes from 0x-5x as well as X-XXXL. Staff is pleasant, store is well kept and tidy. I knocked a star off because
they are expensive but worth it for good quality plus sizes.

I like the clothes but I find them pricier than penningtons and old navy. Which are the other local plus size options. I find they have more sales online but in store it's a bit expensive.

First time I’ve entered a Torrid store where I felt so unwelcome. One staff member didn’t even acknowledge my presence, others seemed like she had a problem with answering anything I asked.
I understand that we all have bad days, but seriously…
This is my first and last time at this Torrid location.
