Sales staff are great very knowledgeable and willing to give you any sizes that you need while you're in the dressing room they always check in on you and they will phone other stores if you want to size

Great selection of plus size fashionable,trendy clothes. Sizes from 0x-5x as well as X-XXXL. Staff is pleasant, store is well kept and tidy. I knocked a star off because
they are expensive but worth it for good quality plus sizes.

I like the clothes but I find them pricier than penningtons and old navy. Which are the other local plus size options. I find they have more sales online but in store it's a bit expensive.

First time I’ve entered a Torrid store where I felt so unwelcome. One staff member didn’t even acknowledge my presence, others seemed like she had a problem with answering anything I asked.
I understand that we all have bad days, but seriously…
This is my first and last time at this Torrid location.
