I recently visited this saloon that unfortunately damaged my hair, and I feel compelled to share my experience. The staff sonia and simran seemed friendly at first, but they didn’t listen to my requests for a specific style. Instead, they used a product that was too harsh for my hair type, resulting in significant breakage and dryness. Actually, I would say they burned my hair as you can see in the pictures. My hair were so beautiful before and now all damaged and frizzy.

I left the salon feeling disappointed and frustrated. The cut was uneven, even sonia cut my hair 5 inch but i asked only for one 1 inch, and the highlights color was not at all what I had asked for. It's disheartening to invest time and money into a service that leaves your hair in worse condition than before.

I would advise others to be cautious and perhaps look for a salon with better reviews or more experienced stylists. Overall, I would not recommend this salon based on my experience.
