Hands down the best Barber in Winnipeg. Joe has cut my hair for 33 years now and I still have both my ears. He always has the best music playing and his receptionist is super cute too. His knowledge of the Jets and Bombers is off the charts. So if you don’t have Joe cut your hair , everyday is a going to be a bad hair day.
