Third Space Movement

This gym has managed to create community that genuinely feels inclusive, supportive & fun! It’s such a wonderful space, with incredible coaches and trainings for everyone - for the person that’s new to yoga and strength training to the person that’s training for a competition- they manage to accommodate everyone with grace and humour. Try a class for only $5 and fall in love with Third Space.

Just completed a strength training series with co-owner Katie and she fully exceeded my high expectations with both the course content and environment created in the space. Excited to continue with more training at Third Space! Highly recommend.

I’ve been going to this gym for a year and it is my all-time favourite gym. I’m almost 60 now and am looking to maintain my quality of life as long as possible but need something more than just a gym where I do my exercises alone. The owners at Third Space have built a truly welcoming community, and that keeps me coming back. People actually greet me and know my name. If you are worried about being outdone by young people, don’t worry. Everyone goes at their own pace and nobody judges. In fact they will cheer you on! The functional mobility classes helped me immensely with all my aches and pains (after years of hip pain). I was scared of barbells, and now I prefer them to kettlebells. Everything is flexible and there’s no pressure (just encouragement to challenge yourself). My shoulders have straightened, my tummy has flattened and I have visible muscles on my arms now :)

Great instruction, friendly vibe, quality classes. Not intimidating one bit!
Plus the schedule actually works with mine.

The coaches at third space have the incredible ability to support me in listening to my body while pushing me to grow physically and mentally. I always feel like the classes are built with a lot of intention with movement that builds on itself throughout the class. I would highly recommend third space to anyone who is seeking a movement space that that fosters movement, community, and joy! This place puts the fun in functional movement!
