Jess is an excellent therapist. Her knowledge of anatomy is really good, and she takes a very individualized approach to her care. I would highly recommend her for anyone seeking massage therapy.

Upon entering for your scheduled appointment time, you are greeted with the calming ambiance & asthetic of the clinic and a warm welcome back from Jess.

After describing what you need to work on, Jess goes through a very comprehensive physical assessment of other upstream and downstream tightness in the body affecting the current issue and uses an array of massage techniques & modalities to help release muscle tightness, flush out lymph/stagnant toxins, relax the muscles--I have observed that my recovery between training sessions and shifts at work are much quicker, I sleep much deeper, and a faster recovery time (both physical and mental)--SUPER important!

Jess has great strength, knowledge, and technique that is perfect for working on athletes (which is really hard to find in the city!). I recommend booking 90 minute sessions to get both the general and focused work done--pricing is well worth the time saved in decreased recovery time and issues are all met by the end of the session!

I’ve seen Jess twice now and have left feeling so good both times. Today I went in feeling exceptionally anxious and uncomfortable with pain in my body. After the massage I’m feeling so much pain relief, and because and she offers a comfortable, relaxing, safe atmosphere to talk in I left feeling a little less anxious than when I came in, and that says a lot! Thanks Jess!

I’ve been going to Jess for years and she is so good at what she does! She’s a wonderful person and so welcoming and kind. She can pinpoint my problem areas and I’m always feeling 10x better after a massage from her!
