Would highly recommend this place! I personally see Chrystina Saunders (owner), and she helped prep me for my full marathon with her deep tissue massages. I always leave feeling better then when I come in. She is exceptional at her craft. Do yourself a favor and if your training, recovering, or just want to get a deep tissue massage- book with Chrystina.

I have been seeing Chrystina for massage for years. She is an amazing massage therapist - she listens and adjusts her treatment accordingly. It is always the right amount of pressure. I appreciate that she always has a stretch or advice on how to keep your body happy and balanced as aftercare. Truly the best massage I have had in Calgary which is why I continue to see her.

In different phases of training for running events I have different massage needs and tolerances - Chrystina always adapts intuitively and perfectly and I leave feeling amazing! Taller, more balanced, and with some areas she has brought to my attention to keep in check. She's also fantastic at lifting spirits and has created such a calm and beautiful space for treatment. Whole-heartedly recommend!
