Absolutely amazing!!! Julia always makes my hair look it’s very best. I love the high quality products they use, my hair is always so shiny and soft when I leave her chair! Everyone at The Factory is always warm and welcoming, it’s truly always a treat getting my hair done here. I couldn’t recommend both Julia and The Factory enough!

I received an amazing scalp treatment from Ralph at the factory. Love the products they used my hair and scalp has never felt so clean / hydrated and smooth. Definitely recommend everyone to try this new service there providing. The salon has such welcoming vibes all the stylist were so knowledgeable.

Such a bad service. I had super healthy long hair and they did not do what I asked for. I hate my hair now. Biggest mistake of my life. I have my birthday in one week and it is ruined.

I recently visited with high hopes, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I specifically asked for layers and emphasized that I did not want any thinning. To my shock, the stylist took a large chunk of hair from the crown area and cut it much shorter than I wanted, leaving it barely longer than shoulder length.
The result was far from what I had envisioned and communicated. The layers were uneven, and the overall cut made my hair look flat and lifeless. It's incredibly frustrating when your requests are ignored, and you leave the salon feeling unhappy with your appearance.

The lack of attention to detail and disregard for my preferences was very unprofessional. I would not recommend this salon if you're looking for a stylist who listens and understands your needs.

I was not aware that my appointment was with your junior stylist and if they actually cared to ask before they chopped my hair off, anyway after the reply to this review it is clear that the salon wants to explain that they are right and it is the mistake of the client that they chose this service. If she was a junior she should have been supervised by senior atleast I didnot book and pay for being one of their experiments.
