My eyebrows were crooked but she did her magic and they look beautiful and even now!!!

Melanie is amazing, plain and simple. My eyebrows had been microbladed 4 years ago and had since faded to a weird reddish colour. Once I contacted Melanie asking if she could help reshape and refresh them, she responded... immediately.... Eager to help. She's amazing at communicating, and knows what's she doing. From the moment I greeted her, I knew I was in great hands. She took so much time to map my face and make sure I was happy with the shape before starting. The procedure was almost painless, her use of numbing cream made it so comfortable and easy... Even still, she constantly checked in to make sure I was ok and was always asking if I needed a break. I never felt rushed or nervous. The appointment took about 3 hrs, and her energy and conversation made it a breeze. She is truly a gift and is amazing at what she does. If you're on the fence about this procedure... This is your girl. I came home so thrilled with my brows. They're so natural. They follow the natural flow of my own brow hair. I highly highly recommend Melaine. I got my powder brows done by her. It's been 12 days now. I am loving my brows. I am excited about the final look post 5 weeks touch-up. I had a lot of questions, Melaine answered all my queries. She is a professional and a very kind human being.
