If you are considering coming here, 11/10 recommend! I have been going to Stefie almost since the beginning, YEARS later Stefie is the ONLY person I will let touch my hair. I have moved away to other provinces, and I would wait until I was back in the city for touch ups as there was no way I was trusting anyone other than Stefie with my hair. Her work is incredible, and worth every penny. I’d been used to leaving disappointed with other stylists work, so to leave loving my hair every time is what keeps me coming back! Stefie has colour corrected me from red to platinum, from platinum to black, then back to blonde and more. Can’t recommend her enough ?
I did love coming here so much, I recommended my boyfriend to come see Ali for a haircut! My boyfriend had experienced the same thing, where he spent 3 years dreading hair cuts as they could never give him what he wanted. Booking those appointments and going was so anxiety inducing for him. It took me a year to convince him to see Ali, as he was expecting the same experience so when I finally just booked the appointment for him and made him go he wasn’t sure what to expect. He ended up having the first AMAZING cut in years and he has just booked his first SECOND appointment with the same stylist, thanks to Ali! Now he is also a super fan and will only see Ali for his haircuts!

Love the new location!!! I’ve been coming to The Alley Hair Studio since the first year they opened and there was never a time that I did not like my hair. Always been consistent & does their best when it comes to their clients hair. Stefie & Ali are the best stylist/barber in YEG. And they have the cutest feline front desk named Zico ?
100/10 would recommend to everyone!

I have had multiple haircuts in the old location and got my very first balayage after careful consideration. Stefie explained the process very well and guided me with what colour combinations would work best for my hair.

I went back to get my bright balayage toned down and it transitioned so well to something low maintenance.

I would highly recommend their service, plus the new location is spacious with comfortable head rests in the hair wash station. Major plus on the Nespresso machine too :)

The Alley has always been my go-to for all my hair care needs, Stefie and Ali are very talented hairstylists and I would highly recommend for everyone to check them out :)

I had been looking for a new regular hairstylist for awhile. I tried The Alley because they were close to my house and had an easy online booking system. Ali is attentive and professional, listens to what you want, and executes it flawlessly. The salon is very modern, clean and welcoming. This is a place to try.
