The massage therapis Melanie is incredibly professional, attentive, and compassionate. She genuinely cares about my comfort and well-being, and it shows in the quality of her work. Every session feels personalized and thoughtfully done. I always leave feeling relaxed and well cared for. I've been seeing Melanie Hernandez for massage therapy, and she has been amazing in helping me alleviate my neck and shoulder pain. Every time I book with her, she goes out of her way to make sure I'm comfortable and relaxed. She’s also great at offering helpful recommendations to manage and reduce my pain between sessions. Melanie is not only skilled but also incredibly kind and easy to talk to—she really creates a welcoming and supportive environment. Highly recommend booking with her!

Highly recommend! The owner Ustat happened to be at the clinic and went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to get an appointment in my short visit to BC.
