I wish i could give 0, i asked for this bleach free hoghlights on the left and here is my result on right, only 30% of the top part shows some color and the remaining 70% length has no traces of brown highlights. He even charged me for this service, despite having no results. The owner doesn’t even admit their mistake and said it’s always unpredictable with highlights . It should never be unpredictable with good quality colors and experience.
