I recently tried Hair Botox and I’m thrilled with the results! The staff was friendly, and my stylist, Neetu and Jaspreet explained the process clearly. I usually do permanent hair straightening but now found an alternative that provides better results and uses collagen instead of other harsh chemicals. I left with my hair feeling incredibly soft, smooth, and shiny, with noticeably less frizz.

I have been getting my eyebrows done from this salon for years and also recommend them to friends & family. I had my first hydrafacial. Neetu was amazing, she took her time and I could tell she thoroughly enjoyed providing the service, my skin looks and feels great, Neetu’s hands are like magic and the massages I got I am unable to put into words because it was so amazing. I got a face laser treatment from them paying $125. The owner did the laser treatment for facial hair removal. She burnt my face and now I have burnt marks on my face. I went there again and asked why you burnt my face and she said because you have rough hair and I had to use high power. I went there to get a facial hair removal and they gave me a burnt face. If you are looking to get your skin burnt, go there for the laser. They are only concerned about money, not to give a good service. I will never recommend this place. Awful service.

I never got any medication for my skin. Other than the tough hair, my skin was very healthy before this treatmentIf you don’t have the knowledge about how to treat based on the skin type, then don’t do it. How do you guarantee a customer that there will not be any burns on the skin after your laser treatment? Your machine may be good and new, but if you don’t have the proper knowledge, you cannot treat the skin in a customized way and cause these issues. You cannot see you never got any complaints, because I complained right after my treatment after seeing the burnt marks everywhere. And you applied a gel too. You accepted that you applied high power to treat the rough hair. If you don’t accept your mistake , then I will lodge an official complaint to the consumer complaints.
