I came in with crusty feet and left ready to start a feet OF! I had a close to non-existent pinky toe nail.. they gave me one.. a cute one.

I’ve been seeing Mitu to thread my eyebrows for almost 9-10years. She is so amazing at what she does. Pays attention to every little detail and is super gentle in the process. It doesn’t matter what occasion I need it for she takes her time making sure I leave happy and feeling beautiful. I highly recommend seeing her for your threading/waxing services.

I’ve been getting my nails done here for years! Recently, my go to lady left and I was so sad, but I was taken on by Fiona and she’s done an amazing job on my nails. I highly recommend this salon, all the ladies are very nice and remember regular customers by name! I often come in with complicated designs and it’s never a problem! They always turn out amazing.

This salon was my go to nail salon for years. I stopped getting my nails done for a while and decided to treat myself. I got my nails done on Sunday, they were gorgeous; perfectly shaped and the lady executed my design flawlessly. 3 days later one nail extension broke off. No problem, must’ve just been a fault line in the plastic, my natural nail didn’t break at all. I go in to get it fixed and the original technician wasn’t working. The lady that fixed my nail didn’t take off all the acrylic before restarting, her monomer solution jar was caked in product to the point that the lid would not come off (she had to use nail clippers to pry it open), used dirty nail files, she had me UV cure the acrylic; I’m not sure why as acrylic is air drying, and left me with a severe lumpy nail I had to file at home (I had a matte colour so the polish wasn’t ruined). They didn’t charge me to fix it but I would rather pay a bit to have it done well.

There is some really awesome talent working at this salon, I’ve had several really excellent technicians, just unlucky this time.

Edit to add: I thought all my other nails were fine but boy was I wrong. Not even 2 weeks after my initial appointment and there is a bubble of liquid underneath my thumb nail; it was not the one I had “fixed”. Never in my 12 years (on and off) have I had a liquid bubble in my nails. This is an extremely dangerous practice as trapped liquid causes fungal infections. I’m quite honestly appalled as I also paid $110 for this set. I’m not sure what happened to the quality of this salon but beware.

Got nails for the first time here and it’s been nothing but disappointment. Not only were they thick and lumpy. I asked for coffin shaped and I was given square. I’ve had these nails not even a week and one of them bubbled in the shower and started to peel. I am now concerned about the rest of them having moisture trapped inside. This was likely caused by the unnecessary amounts of paint layered on. Was both my first experience and my last.
