This is the most unprofessional and scamming jewelry store I have ever been to. I don’t understand how they are still in business. The male owner, a middle aged lady, and an elderly lady are horrible at providing customer service. They quoted me $600 for a ring and when it came down to finalizing the price, they tried swapping rings around for a lower weight ring and saying we were mistaken. When we confronted that we were indeed quoted the 3.98g 22k ring, they started yelling at us. The entire staff is beyond incompetent and don’t know a thing about customer service. They started saying racist remarks while we were leaving the store. Do not waste your time with this store, there are 2 other jewellers by them with much better customer service. If you look at the other reviewers, you can also see that this is a reoccurring issue with this establishment. Do not waste your time with this scamming family and their poorly ran business.

The most unprofessional business place you could ever walk in. The male owner and two female workers working have zero customer service. They try to scam you by giving you deals but once you’re ready to buy the item they over charge you and say “I was only joking” “be realistic”. Scammers at its finest. Don’t waste your time, there are 3 other jewelry shops beside this location with great customer service.
