Sobeys - Silverado

Ordered Sobeys catering for my mothers celebration of life this weekend and am incredibly impressed with the entire process of how easy ordering was, the customer service, and the quality of food. We ordered basic veggie, fruit, meat, cheese and dessert platters which all turned out to be amazing! They were packaged well and easy for transport and tasted fresh and delicious. It was quite affordable and we had way too much food, but everyone was in shock the food was from Sobeys and only had good things to say! Would absolutley recommend them for events, the staff went above and beyond to meet my needs for the order and I will be keeping them in mind for future events! Thank you team :)

Malena is the sandwich Queen !

I've been to at least 12 different Sobeys/Safeways in Calgary and Red Deer ok and this Sobeys store in Silverdo has the Queen of Dagwood Sandwiches !

I drive truck so I try to find somewhat healthy food and snacks for my trips ,, a few years ago I started buying these big sandwiches at Safeway and Sobeys as an alternative to burgers and fries on the road . I would buy them once in a while , no big deal , then I had an appointment in the SW and I stopped in at this Sobeys for a couple things . I figured I would get the big sandwich for my trip , it beats cooking or buying burgers right !
So I get back to my truck and tried this sandwich , I am now addicted !
This was the best sandwich I've had from a store , and they are huge ! I'm not sure if its how she spreads the condiments or sauce evenly accross the bread or the proper proportions between the bread , meat , lettuce , onoins but the way Malena makes them keeps me coming back evertime I'm in town . I'm up to 2 sandwich per trip , they last me 4 days and I drive 45 mins 1 way from my truck yard to Sobeys Silverado to get these sandwiches !

Sobeys has always been my go to for shopping. Today I went in to pick up some trays I ordered and I had ordered them for next week. The staff in the deli and produce departments are going above and beyond to make them for today. I appreciate the staff so much!!!

A good Sobeys with a great selection of ready made foods and meats. Never been displeased shopping here.

Parking can be very frustrating.
