Skillz also has a myriad of options for kiddos as well for martial arts! Myself I love their Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and strength classes!Special kudos to coach Sebastián @ Quadra location, he is the coach I was needing and couldn't find for a long time that has helped me get back to grappling martial arts and start a new journey in BJJ! This is a place to meet and crush your GOALS!! I started almost 2 years now, and I can not, nor will not stop getting stronger!???

I discovered kickboxing at SKILLZ a few years ago after a serious injury that forced me into complete inactivity for a year. Getting back into physical activity wasn’t easy, but this training helped me improve my cardiovascular and muscular fitness.

Thanks to SKILLZ, I’ve lost a significant amount of weight and rebuilt the body I wanted. But the impact goes far beyond the physical: the sessions help me manage stress and have greatly boosted my confidence.

Living with a chronic illness, it is essential for me to move every day to maintain my health. Going to SKILLZ has become an absolute necessity for my physical and mental well-being.

One of the things I particularly appreciate is the flexible schedule. The ability to choose when and where I attend classes—on a class-by-class basis—has been invaluable. Whether I face an emergency at work or a sudden change in my schedule, I can always find a session that works for me, ensuring I never have to miss out on training.

The coaches are phenomenal. They bring energy, expertise, and a personal touch, ensuring that every individual feels supported in achieving their goals. Even in my mid-fifties, I feel empowered, inspired, and fully included in this incredible community. I’m having fun all the time, even on my bad days or after a long, hard day at work.

Today, SKILLZ is not just a gym for me. While I also train in conventional gyms, nothing replaces the energy of a group class with great music and an inspiring coach. Going to SKILLZ has become indispensable in my life, far more than just working out.

The kickboxing classes are excellent but the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Jitsu classes are even better! The instructors are friendly, knowledgeable, and the classes are a lot of fun! It's a nice environment where you are pushed and encouraged to commit to doing your best and making healthy choices! Can't wait to sign my kiddo up for taekwondo when she turns 3!

Coach James is the most caring person I have met. Always finding new ways how to make our workout better and interesting, challenging us, caring when we are injured or sick, encouraging to share healthy recipes with each other.
