I only decided to go to this place again after deciding I would never go back because I got a gift card for my birthday. My gift card was for a shellac pedi with a design. When I booked my appointment I specifically asked for Diane, Diane wasn't even there when I arrived for my 10:00 appointment, I find them rude and not welcoming. Instead Diane shows up and does someone else's pedi and ends up finishing before mine. To make a long story short it was such a bad experience all around, the girl that was doing my nails was too busy chatting and taking her sweet time and not focusing on my pedicure. It took 2 hours for a pedicure, and I was charged an extra $15 because I got a French pedi, which the girl that did it didn't use any special technique at all she basically hand drew a small little line. This place is dirty and they don't seem to care about hygiene, and they speak in their language and talk negatively about customers and think we don't understand but guess what some of actually understand the language. On another note to the lady that was working while she was getting her nails done, perhaps you shouldn't be there during work hours, I really don't need to listen to your phone going off every two seconds while I'm trying to relax. I'm certain your employer wouldn't be impressed if they knew you were sitting in a nail salon instead of actually working. And to the lady that came in visibly sick coughing and blowing her nose the whole time with no mask on, stay home when your sick have some respect for other people's health. Needless to say although I gave a tip only because I was being respectful I will never return to this place again, so unprofessional and not a pleasant time at all. I would rather spend my money elsewhere. Good luck with your business.
