Shauna has been doing my hair for years and every time she blows my expectations out of the water! We have gone from blonde to the most amazing array of purples, bright pink hair to blonde in one appointment, complete transformations of color every time (at my request). She sets the expectation if she doesn't think we can get there in one session, and I'm always over the moon with the result. I change my hair styles and colors like the weather and she is always ready and willing. We have a blast at every appointment and I won't go anywhere else!

Just got my hair done yesterday, as it was needed and been since June. I had alot of grow out and very dark roots. Shauna was my hair stylist and she did an incredible. She is professional and listened to exactly what I was after. Such a great experience here, will definitely be back to see Shauna.

I’ve been going to Shauna for over 4 years now & there is no one else I trust to do my hair. She always able to bring my vision to life. She’s fast & efficient and she doesn’t cost & arm and a leg. We always have a blast during our appointments, and I am always leaving as a happy customer ☺️☺️

I was looking for a change. I had very long brown hair and wanted to go back to the blonde I used to have when I was younger. I was very nervous but I had walked by the Mr.Shears salon many times and it seemed very nice. It turns out I made a great choice. When she was done, Miss Tanya twirled me around to the mirror and it was perfect! The blonde highlights made me feel 10 years younger. She did exactly what I asked for and we had a good time talking while she worked. Thanks Tanya!!

If I could leave a zero rating I would but I can’t. I hope thousands of people see this review and decide not to come to your establishment.
My daughter wanted a haircut so we came to your salon today at 4:45pm. She had a picture of what she was looking forward to and asked the stylist if she could do it. She told my daughter yes. She was in the chair for an hour and left very upset. She was crying before we got to the mall doors.
I do not know how on earth this woman is employed as a hairdresser. She should not be cutting hair. She should NOT be telling the client that she can do a hair style that she clearly can’t do. Be honest with the person, if you can’t do it then say so!! If you think that particular hairstyle will not be exactly like the picture, then say so!!! DO NOT GET A LITTLE GIRLS HOPES UP AND THEN DISAPPOINT HER!!! I paid $50+ dollars for a haircut that she absolutely hates and has to wear a hat until it grows out! We are NEVER COMING BACK AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE NOT TO COME TO SHEARS IN WESTSHORE MALL EVER!
