Got my nails done by Mira here recently. She was so meticulous and patient, constantly checking up if I was happy with the shape, colour etc. Wonderful experience and I’m so happy with her work. Will definitely come back to see her again!

I went in here today to get a full acrylic nail set and the lady was nice but my nails turned out very wrong. They aren’t the length I wanted they went a lot shorter than I said, some nails are way thicker than the other and you can still see the buffing lines she made. I asked for a pink French tip and the “tip” goes halfway up my nail. My cuticles are very sore because she burned me and cut me a few times. And they came out to be 90 dollars and half of the things I wanted were done improperly

I booked here a second time after I received a nice, relaxing, non-rushed pedicure the first time around.

However when I came in for my appointment the second time around (originally going to get a manicure aswell), it was super busy and while I was getting my pedicure done, 2 people came in and asked for a walk in; the store accepted the walk in, and immediately started to obviously rush my toenails.

At that point I decided I wasn’t going to pay for a rushed manicure, and that was also very upsetting for me when I wanted to get my nails done. Honestly it’s very frustrating to go somewhere and pay your hard earned money to get a professionally done pedicure, and have your toes come out looking like a 12 year old did them. I honestly cried and called my mom after leaving because I had to pay for this. I am not the type of person who does well with confrontation and to tell someone to their face I don’t like the job they did just doesn’t sit right with me.

Moral of the story. Please don’t accept a walk in, if you are going to rush the customers who took the time to make an appointment. People who book appointments are doing that so that they don’t have to be rushed through something.

I came in on march 7th with my friend to get acrylic fills. It started off okay until my lady started filing my nails with the drill and i felt sharp pain on my cuticles and I even openly said ow and flinched. I should have stopped here but I nonetheless continued and experienced more pain as it went on. She did not touch my cuticles but the drill already made them partially scratched/ripped up. She then applied a base coat that caused the cuts on my cuticles to sting. I then switched to a different lady to do my french tip design and it went alright. Next to me, the ukrainian lady did my friends. When i looked over, she had a very rough textured base and the french tips were see through, clumpy, and not done well. My friend had to ask her to stop and it extended our appointment because my lady had to now do both while they were continuously taking walk ins while we had an appointment, significantly increasing our time there. When I left while she switched to my friend, I noticed my nails in the sunlight were cloudy, discoloured, and crooked, and overall were not satisfying. There was also a thick layer of gel on the skin around all my nails and under them that I had to peel off. On the second day, my thumb broke and now i have lost 2 nails and a third is cracked. For the price of $78, my expectations were much higher.

I have attached the picture of my friends nails when she told the ukrainian lady to stop because she was about to leave it there, my lady then finished them.
