I have been going to serenity now massage for a couple of years. Charis was recommended to me and I have never been disappointed. I have had massages for many years from different therapists and I’d have to say she is the best ever. I’m usually not one to relax easily and when I leave there I feel fabulous.

This was my first time here, and I will absolutely be back! I rarely get massages because I don't often leave relaxed and they never seem to do much but this time was very different!

Kristen was very nice right off the bat, very professional and had obviously read my forms because she knew every detail of what I put in there. She was in depth and even gave me tips on how to manage my pain and paid attention to my problem areas. I could tell she was careful and just testing how much pressure she could apply to those areas.

What a great experience and a really lovely woman! I left sooooo relaxed and comfortable and my muscles felt loose. I could totally tell it helped this time. I would recommend Kristen in a heart beat.
