My first appointment with Serena for an acne facial was absolutely wonderful! She’s so professional and knowledgeable. She explained everything she was doing throughout the treatment and made me feel completely comfortable. Her studio is so relaxing, and her scalp massage was so soothing it actually put me to sleep☺️. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment. Couldn’t recommend her more!

Serena has created a beautiful, calm, relaxing environment. She is very knowledgeable and has a perfect balance of letting you relax while explaining each step and process along the way. just had the loveliest facial with serena and i feel incredible! from the moment i walked in, her space felt so warm and cosy, like hanging out with a girlfriend who also happens to be incredibly knowledgeable about skincare! she walked me through everything with such care and gave me amazing recommendations to add into my routine.. and that head massage is worth it in itself. my skin feels incredible.. so soft, refreshed, and glowing. can’t wait to book my next visit ? thank you for making my birthday weekend so special!

Serena was incredibly knowledgeable about at-home care, gentle throughout the treatment, and made the entire experience relaxing. I left feeling refreshed and so much more confident in my skin.
