This was my first time visiting Sapphire Hut Jewelry, and I had a wonderful experience. Ginny provided excellent, customer-friendly service and really helped us find exactly what we were looking for. She offered honest and thoughtful opinions about which pieces looked nice and which might not suit us — something we truly appreciated during the selection process.

So we normally have a great experience but I have to say, today was not great. There were a few of us that needed to purchase pieces for an upcoming wedding. The sales staff were exasperated and insulting. They followed us around and at one point accused two of us of trying to steal pieces. It didn’t feel great. In addition, I was also insulted by the bangle staff and fat shamed for my wrist size insisting I was bigger than I really was. Not a great experience and I’m not sure if I will be back again.
