I absolutely love my nails! All of the ladies are so precise and patient. They made sure everything was perfect. I have been going here for 2 years now and all the nails I have gotten have been worth the money. They stay on even with extreme growth.

I love Rubys!! Jenny did an awesome job and the prices are reasonable! Overall I had an amazing experience and will be returning! I definitely recommend!!

It was my first time here, and walking in, the place was full. I took this as a good sign and wasn't disappointed.

I had xalled for a same day appointment and was easily accomodated. 3 weeks later my nails are still in very decent shape. (I'm very active and hard on my hands.)

Living around the corner, this place is very convenient for an after work or weekend morning appointment.

I’ve loved Ruby’s always and have been going there since I was 5 years old, today was the first day I’ve been a little bit disappointed in my nails, I went in on Saturday so naturally a busier day, my appt seemed rushed and a little bit messy, following my appt my nails look already at least a weeks grown out if not more and my cuticles are dry and uncut (only been 2 days since appt) I’ve loved Rubys and know they value the customers but maybe stray away from overbooking clients on naturally busy days. For spending almost $60 I figured it would be a bit better

They made room for me as a walk-in and had both pedicure and ombré gel nails done in 90 minutes. They settled me into a ped chair and gave me pillows for my lap so I could do both services at once. They tucked my purse and sunglasses on a shelf behind me. They did gorgeous nail art on the pedicure and they look great.

Sadly, I made the mistake of taking off my wedding rings and putting them in my purse as we got settled. An hour later, after I’d paid and walked to my car, I realized my wedding band was missing. Staff were apologetic and helped me look for it, but ithe ring was gone. The owner later called me to say she’d watched her surveillance tape and there was no sign of anything on it. She did not offer to let me watch the tape. A police report has been filed. Keep your jewelry on, ladies.
