This used to be one of my favourite stores. The products are good.
However I went into the store yesterday and made a purchase but it took 15 minutes before the young ladies at the desk could end their private conversation so I started leaving. A gentleman eventually assisted. They asked for my email but never put it in the system yesterday, returned today for exchange of product and other purchase so wrote email down. They said the register was down, not true. They opened it up quickly to cash out 2 young men.

I bought a sweat shirt and pant for my 6 month old baby . The stuff came out to be really bad and I have spent 65-70 dollars on that . I had the receipt and showed it to manager at cross iron mall named Chelsea . She did not acknowledge the poor quality which was very much visible by bare eyes , she added that it’s happening same with my babies to .
Any customer spending money needs quality . Not just the logo only .
She made me feel as if I am lying to her.
Extremely bad experience
