Clara is amazing! Not only did she do a fantastic job on my hair, but she also gives the best shampoo and scalp massage! So relaxing! She’s super friendly, easy to talk to, and does a great job. I left feeling totally refreshed and loving my hair. Highly recommend her!

For convenience, I was looking for a neighborhood salon to book a blowout and style and couldn't be happier with the results! Sarah was friendly, attentive and did an amazing job with my hair. I received many compliments at the wedding I attended.

The studio is so warm and inviting and it is always an enjoyable experience seeing her. She is an enthusiastic conversationalist while offering knowledgeable advice on what color/styles may suit my hair type and personal style.

She has been my stylist for a year now and she never disappoints! My hair has gone through a total transformation from much too dark to a healthier, fall season natural color that better compliments my skin tone. I am super pleased!

I arrived 10 minutes early for my 3:00 PM appointment and was acknowledged after about 5 minutes, then asked to sit and wait. Around 10 minutes after my appointment time, the stylist asked if I’d be willing to wait another 15–20 minutes. I agreed — I understand things can run behind sometimes.

But after waiting the full 20 minutes, I asked for an update, and was told it would be another 10-15 minutes — meaning I’d be 45 minutes past my original appointment time. I let the stylist know I couldn’t wait any longer, and all I got was a flat “I’m sorry.” When I reminded her that I had booked for 3:00 PM, she just repeated, “Again, I’m sorry.” There was no accountability, no explanation, and no effort to make it right.

I’ve only been to this salon once or twice before, and those experiences were average — but I decided to give it another try. Unfortunately, the third visit was worse, and it left me feeling disrespected and dismissed.
