Robyne Lumley Personal Training

I have been going to Robyn for about a year now. I was looking for a trainer to get back in the groove with my physical and mental health after having a baby! I’ve always been nervous to join a training group and felt I might not know what I’m doing Robyn, is so great at the teaching component of each exercise and ensuring we are well equipped. Robyn has really pushed me to reach my fitness goals, and I couldn't be happier with the results!

It’s a place I look forward to going each week to be with the crew and share our day. Robyn is super knowledgeable and encouraging, pushing me while also making sure I was pushing myself safely. Robyn is also very flexible with scheduling and accommodating to my lifestyle. I highly recommend her services to anyone looking to take their fitness journey to the next level!
