Richmond Nails & Spa

I was in Savannah for work and desperately needed my nails done. A friend recommended Richmond Nails & Spa, highlighting the quality of their work, fair prices, great experience, and the kindness of the staff. I was also encouraged to see Annie — and I’m so glad I did! She was incredibly kind, patient, and made sure I was happy with each step of the process. I felt truly taken care of. The pedicure was wonderful, and I can’t stop admiring how great my nails look. I only wish I lived closer because this would definitely be my go-to nail salon! If you’re in the area and need a service, I highly recommend visiting — the salon was spotless, and every staff member was warm and welcoming.

I absolutely loved my visit! I went with my mom and we both got Mani Pedis. Kathy and Oscar worked wonders on us both! The service was incredible alone with a super clean store. Friendly, patient, polite and helpful! Overall my best spa experience ever! Will definitely be coming back and would suggest their service to anyone!

Been going here for about 1 year now and I love it. Price reflects quality of work. It's not the cheapest but it's not the most expensive. The quality isn't horrible but it's also not perfect. Nail techs are friendly and responsive to requests or questions.

Very poor experience. The nail tech was clearly rushing the whole time. Did not check the nail shape to see if they matched, she did not check the length to see if they matched. I asked her to fix things several times which she responded “ they aren’t uneven it’s your nail” when clearly they were uneven ( see photo below) The shapes are all different ( see photo below) the nails are thick and bumpy. I would not go back to this place or waste your time going here. They are awful and very unprofessional

Called to share my experience and the owner was incredibly rude on the phone. Tried telling me different things numerous time, told me to get a refund would have to go back in and have the nail polish removed? And then proceeded to hang up on me. Horrible customer service and nail services

I've been to this place a few times. Sometimes the nails are great other times okay. This time my nails look awful. I had to walk back in and get them repainted. The shape of the nails are awful. I regret doing a double check before leaving and leaving a tip nevermind paying $63. I have no time to go back and get them fixed so I will fix them myself. She did not check the shape or even if polish was put on all the way. Very rushed and unprofessional. I had to get her to fix things several times during the service and she skipped several steps. Would not recommend- not relaxing and you feel like you are working to make sure it is done correctly which is not my style.
