Today, I took my son to Aro, and I couldn't be more impressed! The barber there is truly great at what he does and followed all of our requests perfectly. The conversation flowed effortlessly between him, my son, and me, making the experience even more enjoyable. I totally recommend everyone to visit Aro for their haircut needs; you won't be disappointed!

They need to re-evaluate their customer service.
I used to go there for haircuts especially for Sal, as he is a good barber and always treated me well.
Yesterday I called to book a haircut with Sal but they informed me that it’s his day off and asked me whether I want to go ahead with someone else and I said yes. They also said I can walk in as it is not busy.
I reached there 10 minutes earlier and the guy who spoke to me on the phone asked me whether I am the one who called earlier asking for Sal.
I said yes and he asked me to come to his station and take a seat.
He put the white cloth on me and asked me what style I want.
As he was starting to cut my hair another customer walked in and his attention got diverted to him. He asked the customer whether he was in a rush or not and the customer responded “ I am not in a rush but it would be better if I could get it done quicker”. (The customer did not have any booking either).
After this the barber told me that he got this customer he needs to attend and someone else will take care of me. Even though he prepared me for a haircut and put the white cloth on me. I had to take everything off and move to a different station.
Neither he was apologetic nor he showed any remorse after.
The barber who took care of me later was very apologetic and did a good job.
The previous management was better.
Spend your money somewhere else.
