I have been coming here for years for eyebrow threading and I am always happy with the results. Recently I started working with Mona for my acne and after just 3 treatment sessions with her I am seeing results and a decrease in acne and scarring. I really appreciate how she came up with a personalized treatment plan for my skin but is never trying to push treatments or products on me. I am looking forward to continue seeing results with her!

There is no better place on Cloverdale. They do the best eyebrow threading, her hands are so soft that you barely feel anything. And she is a real artist. The way she shapes and design your eyebrows makes you look completely different! I completely recommend!

I've visited this salon a few times and generally had a decent experience, but during my last visit, I came in to get my eyebrows done and left feeling disappointed. After the service, I mentioned that my eyebrows looked uneven, and the staff member informed me I would need to pay more to have them evened out. I've been to many salons, and this was the first time I encountered something like that. Typically, achieving symmetry is a basic part of the service.

The communication should have been clearer upfront—if there's more to charge for that (making brows even), it should be explained before the service begins. This would help manage expectations and avoid confusion. The salon should take this into consideration to improve the customer experience moving forward.
