I've been coming here for a while now, and it's consistently a great experience. The staff are always friendly and professional. Farzi is my go-to—she does such a careful and thorough job every time. I just had both my hands and feet done, and they look fantastic. The team is always accommodating and happy to fix any broken nails at no extra charge. Their flexible hours and welcoming atmosphere make this my go-to place for nail care.

I came here with my son, he was watching me get my nails done and asked to get his done. The girls accommodated for him to get them done and he was thrilled. They are always friendly and so caring. I highly recommend for a great experience

Called in the afternoon and Taylor booked me in for a quick gel session within the day! I could tell it was quite busy, but she finished in such a good time (i was busy so i was glad), took her time though and was extremely attentive. Always let me try different colours, nails styles while giving me suggestions. Every time i asked for something. changed she was very quick to fix it. She even gave me a gift because these are my birthday set! Such a good start to the celebrations! Thank you Taylor ?

I went to Quadra Nails for the first time yesterday for a pedicure, and overall, it was a really nice experience. The salon was clean, calm, and the staff were friendly and professional. I appreciated how relaxing the whole appointment felt.

Unfortunately, I did notice that one of my toenails started bubbling just a few hours after I left, which was disappointing. I’m hoping it was just a one-off issue because otherwise, everything else was great. I’d definitely be open to coming back and giving it another try!

Terrible… longest nail appointment I’ve ever been too. 2.5 hours for a fill. They called me to tell me to come 15mins later than my appointment so I did. I then waiting along 30mins to be seated. Right when I sat in the chair one of girlies started to remove my nail to prep for fill. She cut my pinky and I told her that was my skin and she didn’t even respond. No apology just kept going, it happened again and I said again “that’s my finger…”. Fast forward to them not giving me choices for my French tip base colour. They gave me one option. I told them I didn’t like it and they said it’s this or pink… the white on my tip is not how I asked. I asked for deep (bigger) white tips. No matter how many times I asked. She wouldn’t make them deep “bigger”. My nails are lumpy and barely filled properly… very sad because I heard great things about this salon but I will never go back.
Also worth a mention. Not a single tech used their fan that pulls acrylic dust down, so I was breathing it in the whole time I was there.
They literally broke skin on multiple fingers and still made me pay full price! No offence but my nails look like glue ons I could have gotten at shoppers… I told them the colour wouldn’t suit my skin tone and they didn’t listen… again 2.5hrs for a fill is crazy! I’ve been getting my nails done for over 4 years and I have never experienced this. Don’t think I’ll ever go back.
