Q-Nails Westwind ( Century rd )

My first time here and April gave me exactly what I wanted! Price was very good and she was so nice! Love my nails and will definitely be coming back! Thank you so much ◡̈

Pleasantly surprised by a great experience! Got shellac manicure and pedicure for $100. The color was perfect and they've last a lot longer than other salons.

One of my favourite nail salons, the staff are very sweet girls and always put in the effort to give you what you were looking for. They are very good at nail art, clean, and friendly.

I get my nails done by Summer and she does an amazing job! I highly recommend going here

The first photo is the one I showed the girl what I want. The next 3 are what I got. In her defence I did ask for short. But they’re so uneven. She went so fast, absolute no care to detail. I actually ended up crying (super embarrassing) but I had such a bad day and just wanted to get nails put back on. Super disappointing. Will have to go elsewhere tomorrow to get them redone as I leave for vacation on Thursday.

I completely acknowledge that I said I’m picky. Many places will do the nails wide, thick etc. I was simply letting her know I don’t love that look. I understand you’re going to side with the employee. And maybe she is one of the best, but for me she wasn’t. I’ve been coming to your salon for years for pedis and thought I’d try nails. I’m disappointed at the way it was handled last night, and even more disappointed with your reply. How is the picture different than when I left the salon?? It’s not. This is what my nails look like. They NEVER looked like the picture I provided. But either way, like I said, you’re clearly siding with your employee rather than finding out the customers view of the situation. Again, also very unfortunate as I do love getting my pedis there.
