Q-Nails

Chose to try this location per the reviews. It did not disappoint. Both staff working were super nice. I came in with a fairly basic idea in mind and it was executed perfectly. The tech was very thorough on getting everything right. Whether it was making sure the edges of my tumb nails dried properly under the lamp or sanding down any corners of foil sticking through the clear coat at the end. She did an amazing job and was very easy to talk to.

They were kind enough to get me in for a walk-in pedicure within 15 minutes. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Relaxing environment and great pedicure!

Hana, the store manager, did an above and beyond spectacular job with acrylic nails I've never had in my life, with my design & color. Plus, did an amazing job waxing my eyebrows. Thank you so much Hana!

I haven't gotten my nails done in years so when I researched nail salons, this one came up as being a top pick for most. The employees were nice but the experience felt VERY VERY rushed despite the fact that I was the only customer in the salon and they were still open for another 4 hours. It was not a relaxing experience at all. The nails turned out fine but the nail tech scraped my thumb by accident with the electric drill and did not acknowledge it. I tried to point it out but she spoke over me with a different topic. It hurt really bad as I'm sure you can imagine.
The salon itself isn't as clean as some other places I've walked by but I do appreciate that when you walk in, the employee immediately has you wash your hands at the sink. 3 stars for the overall experience, nothing really too spectacular about it. Wish I'd gotten a little discount for the injury, though.

Unprofessional. Made a mistake on my scheduling, did not apologize. Did not give me a new set like I wanted. And allowed another client to get involved offering her unwanted irrelevant opinion, in discussing the matter when it was none of her concern to begin with. Absolutely disgusting unprofessional unethical behavior. Will not recommend anyone to this business. Do better.
