PRO-NAILS Northgate Shopping Centre

Ive been going here off and on for 6yrs. But the last year and half consistently. They staff are always friendly. Want to have conversation with you. I never wait very long if ever. The prices are the best. And they do not push hard to sell you other services.
Ive been to others but this is by far my favorite and my only choice these days.

Great salon. Clean shop lots of color choices. Staff is friendly and do amazing work. Bring in a photo of what you want and they will do a great job. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love getting my nails done at Pro Nails! Whether I’m going for classic elegance, bold colors, or detailed cultural nail art, they always exceed my expectations. The staff is also super friendly and professional!

Had a terrible experience, got simple white tipped nails and they charged $90 plus tax, I’ve never paid this much but they stated they charge for length which is a first for me. Laughed and spoke their language in front of us when we were questioning the price. They put clear coat on my mom’s one hand and forgot to do the other so it was half shiny and half matte, didn’t notice until we left as it was dim inside their salon. Mentioned the 10% student discount they have advertised on their instagram and socials to be told “oh no we don’t do that here”, showed them their own post and then it took them 5 minutes of all talking about us in their language for them to finally give us the deal and act confused about their own posting. I’m new to the area as I just moved and safe to say I will not be returning. Very uncomfortable environment.
