Polished Perfect Mayfair

I had my first experience at Polished Perfect with Alex today. Alex’s attention to detail was very impressive, and I have already rebooked for a fill. Super friendly and high quality service- 10/10 recommendation.

This is my second time coming here, this was a fill from the previous set and I’ve never had such a flawless acrylic application in the short amount of time I was there (~45mins)! I was so impressed with the retention of the last set I had to go back. Both techs I’ve seen thus far have been quick and efficient. Can’t beat the price either!

PS. My angry red cuticles are from my sensitive skin reacting with the dry weather… this was not a result of the service and they’ve looked like this all winter. I was happy that the techs didn’t need to ask and knew to be gentle around them - no pain or irritation at all during or after the service ?

Tee is my nail technician and I absolutely love her work. I have acrylic nails and get a fill every three weeks, and I'm always excited for her work. She does flowers and snowflakes by hand with the tiniest brush I've ever seen and I always get compliments on my nails. The acrylic nails are always smooth and even, and the gel polish is always beautiful. I've shared some of my summer 2024 styles here - the got pink and blue are on my way to get a new set so have grown out. The light pink chrome is a fresh set!

This place is my go-to! Tee consistently nails (pun intended!) my design and color choices, always on point! Lynn's ombre work is also fantastic. Cindy provides great waxing services, and Natalia's deluxe pedicure skills are impressive too! The staff are super friendly and the service is top-notch. Highly recommend!

I am so disappointed to be leaving a review like this for this buisness, as someone who has been getting my mani and pedis done here for YEARS with no issues. But yesterday I had a completely out of the normal experince that I will unfortunately not be returning. Yesterday I went in for my usual full acrylic set with my go-to French tip manicure that I regularly get. I left with a messy, poorly shaped and rushed set, that I was honestly embarrassed to have on my nails. I was shocked, and very upset to then have to pay 70$ for something I would have to go and immediately remove. When I came back a few minutes later and deciding it was worth a shot to get them redone or a possible refund, the male nail artist argued with me, stating it was my fault for the way they turned out and I could come back in a hour to fix it, which I was not able to wait for. I was taken aback and really upset, I work hard to treat myself with having my nails done and it takes a chunk out of a wallet to have to pay somewhere else to have to get the nails you were originally desiring:(
