Playhouse Tattoo Studio

Came here for a cover up and reworking of a tattoo that I had on my hand and it was one of the best tattooing experiences I have had to date. My artist was Hansen, he listen to my ideas and did exactly what I wanted and even gave me ideas to think about for future tattoo ideas! I appreciated his time and the fact that they even let me book the appointment in the first place as I told them I was at work and would probably be a little late to my appointment. They understood and still accommodated me! I cannot thank you guys enough and a special thanks to Hansen!

I decided it was time to get some tattoos and chose Playhouse since it was where I got my first one. By chance, I ended up working with Hansen, and what followed was an incredible experience. From the initial consultation, where we brainstormed ideas, I not only got to express what I wanted tattooed, but the whole process turned into something much deeper. Hansen is incredibly passionate about his craft, and it quickly became clear that I was working with someone who truly cares about his work. When it came time for the tattooing, the experience was amazing. It exceeded all my expectations, and I felt completely prioritized throughout the process. It wasn’t just about getting tattoos; Hansen genuinely cares about who you are as a person, where you’re at in life, and how he can bring that into your design.

I was fortunate enough to get tattooed on my birthday, which made the experience even more special. I was honestly surprised by how Hansen stayed energized and focused after hours of tattooing. During our “breaks,” he remained in work mode, staying professional and excited about how everything was turning out. It’s clear that he never stops perfecting his craft. What stood out to me even more was his willingness to share his knowledge and passion for the art. In our unique case, we were often on the same wavelength, and I immediately felt like we were more than just client and artist—we became friends.

I did back-to-back sessions with Hansen, and each tattoo turned out better than I could’ve imagined. His talent is unmatched, and I walked away not only with incredible tattoos but also with a deeper understanding of the art. I highly recommend Playhouse, and especially Hansen, for anyone looking to get a tattoo. You won’t regret it.

My first time at this place for getting my first tattoo and it was awesome! Romona did my tattoo and she was amazing! She was so helpful and very knowledgable about how to take care of my tattoo. Definitely will come back again for my next tattoo!

I can't recommend *Hansen* enough as a tattoo artist! His skill level is incredible, and his unique art style sets him apart from others. He’s not only extremely talented but also incredibly creative, making sure your vision is brought to life exactly as you imagine it. What I truly appreciate is his flexibility and willingness to work with your schedule, especially for someone like me with limited time. I’ve already completed half of my sleeve, and Hansen is currently working on the other half—each session has been amazing. My tattoo artist Mila was so sweet! It was my first tattoo and she made me feel very safe, was super helpful with the designs and all the alterations i wanted to do to it. She was very understanding and patient. Place was also very clean and calm :)
