I love Alya’s work and her attention to detail. My nails always turn out perfect after getting them done with her. I also like how she always takes care of my cuticules. She’s clean, organized and doesn’t take too much time. I 100% recommend her.

Ayla is so attention detailed and always does such an amazing job on my nails. I used to never get them done regularly but since I’ve started going to Ayla they last SO long and look so good it’s hard not to! My natural nails have quite literally never been longer. I always get tons of compliments.

Not to mention she is extremely kind and always puts on the best shows/movies to watch while getting your nails done!

alya is the sweetest nail tech with a lot of skill. She is clean, professional, and has a great space with Netflix to keep you occupied during your appointment!

I had been so happy to finally find a nail tech I liked—Ayla did beautiful work and I appreciated her attention to detail. I even recommended her to my mum and paid a no-show fee without complaint when I accidentally mixed up a date.

But out of nowhere, she cancelled an appointment I thought I’d booked (without notifying me), then sent me a message saying she would no longer accept any future bookings. When I asked if I’d done something wrong and respectfully requested clarification so I could avoid making the same mistake elsewhere, she chose not to respond.

I was never rude or disrespectful. I always paid on time, followed her policies, and complimented her work. I’m still genuinely confused about what prompted this decision, but I do know that it was handled without communication, explanation, or professionalism.

I hope others have better luck, but this experience left me blindsided and disappointed.
