Peak Health Oakbay

I was referred to Peak Oakbay by my GP. I was met by a friendly face when I walked in and my physio was absolutely wonderful. Annika was professional, friendly, warm, and extremely knowledgeable. I truly appreciate the way she explained everything to me so I better understand what is happening with my body, allowing me to contribute in treatment planning. I also have a clear plan and understanding of how we’re going to treat my symptoms together.

Such a great physio place! Krista was very helpful and resolved my pain quickly. I highly recommend Peak Oakbay Physio and will definitely come back if any new issues arise in the future.

Nathan has been an incredible help to me throughout my physio and fitness journey. I came to this Peak location when I noticed it opened up, also being a client of the Elbow location. Since coming to peak, my previous knee pain from a dislocation is almost non-existent - unfortunately I've since injured myself three times more this year so I've been a frequent flyer to say the least. Nathan has helped get me back on track each time and I'm super grateful that I had been working on all the strengthening exercises that he gave me, otherwise my latest tibial plateau fracture would have been a lot worse. I was able to recover from all of my injuries very quickly, and having someone who can relate to me from a sports perspective was important - my return to normal activity isn't necessarily everyone else's normal.
Unfortunately I've since burned through all my benefits, but I hope I won't need to be back again this year! Thank you Peak for everything!

Absolutely fantastic team of people, and great facility! I've been able to work with both physio and Chiro here, and both have helped immensely. I think what I appreciate most is the focus on a plan of healing, as opposed to a string of endless visits. Plus there's tons of parking, which is always a win!

I've seen Helen and Melissa for physio and they've both been great. Staff are all helpful and welcoming. The playroom is helpful when I bring kids!
