I had high hopes for this nail salon, but unfortunately, my experience left a bit to be desired. The staff were polite and welcoming, which I appreciated, but the professionalism and attention to detail just weren't there.

The salon itself could definitely use some upgrades - it felt a bit dated and cramped in the nail salon room and not as clean or modern as it could be. During my service, one of my toes was left with a noticeable glob of polish on it, and neither my nor my companion's fingernails were filed to a consistent length, which was disappointing. These might seem like small things, but they add up, especially when you're paying for a service that should leave you feeling polished and put-together.

Overall, it wasn’t the worst experience, but I’d be hesitant to recommend this salon unless a few improvements are made. With some training and a refresh of the space, it could be much better.

Very kind. However they sell coupons on Groupon and do not provide the service. You cannot get any type of nails except your typical polish. They sell Gel nails on Groupon.

I brought in my Groupon which states gel. I was told you no longer do gel. We recieved polish only. So the ladies lied to me. Glad you cleared that up. Pretty sad they lied.

I booked a package on groupon including a hot stone massage, facial, manicure and pedicure. The manicure and pedicure were basic- pretty much what you’d expect, so no complaints there.
The lady doing my massage was Dimple, and she seemed very nice. She was kind, and this review is in no way about her. Anyways, it was genuinely the worst massage I’ve had in my life. She went from barely any pressure at all to lots of pressure very fast, which led to a very uncomfortable experience. So much oil was used on my body that i’m sure my clothing now has oil stains, but that’s besides the point.
The back part of the massage was brief, with my masseuse heavily focusing on one part of my shoulder? and paying barely any attention to my neck or traps (where many key muscles lay).
When she did pay attention to my neck, she put so much pressure that I couldn’t breathe.

The facial wasn’t great either- it started off with a rough sugar scrub (assumedly?) and did a few other thinks before she put on the “face mask”. It immediately made my skin cool so I was a bit suspicious of it- and when she left the room to let it “dry”, I looked at the products she used. Along with walmart-quality lotions and products, the “face mask” was literally just aloe vera gel.

To end off this saga of events, as I was leaving, they asked me to pay extra for “GST”???? I’m a young girl who was by herself, so I assume they just thought I was stupid. For anyone who doesn’t know, GST is collected upon purchase of a product, definitely not after.

In conclusion, this spa is a dirty, unprofessional place that will attempt to scam you out of your money.

Purchased a package of 3 pedicures from Groupon. I purchased the Groupon in 2021 and it stated that there was no expiry. When I went in to redeem one of my remaining pedicures, I was informed that I would have to pay a difference of $25. They charge $35 for a pedicure, that makes absolutely no sense. The first pedicure I got from them wasn’t even good, that’s why I hadn’t gone back in so long. Bottom line, would not recommend
