I’ve had an amazing experience with Dr. Flores at Optimum Wellness. From my first visit, she took the time to really listen to my concerns and explain my treatment plan in a way that made me feel comfortable and confident. Her adjustments have made a noticeable difference in my pain and mobility, and I always leave the clinic feeling better. The staff is friendly, professional, and welcoming—especially the receptionist, who is always so kind, helpful, and attentive. She really makes every visit pleasant. The clinic is clean and well-run. Highly recommend Dr. Flores and Optimum Wellness to anyone looking for quality chiropractic care!

I have had nothing but positive experiences at Renfrew Optimum Wellness. The Front staff are so friendly and welcoming and helpful. There is always
a cheerful hello and goodbye. I really appreciate my practitioner Dr. Paul Theriault as he understands me and gets my unique sensitivities. and can work with them. I feel very comfortable and safe in his care. He has helped me through so many issues and challenges with a caring and helpful approach.
I love all the decorations for holidays and other events. It just feels so welcoming to walk in the door and feel so blessed.

This clinic has provided excellent care across the board. From the start, Trish at reception has been incredibly helpful with setting up appointments and taking care of insurance related processes. Dr. Flores in chiropractic and Devanshi in physiotherapy have been thorough and incredibly knowledgeable, creating a great plan for treatment. As well, PJ in massage was fantastic and went above and beyond my normal experience of massage with great communication and understanding of the body. Everyone is amazingly kind with good energy and you get a real family feel from this clinic. Highly recommend for anyone seeking care for injury.

I've been in treatment with PD about 2 month ago. Feeling amazing. The customer service from all the staff is superb. Highly recommended. Also, my partner who is a student goes to the same center and she gets student price.

The reception team is always super friendly and accommodating. Dr. Paul has been wonderful to collaborate with and he is always ready to tackle any problem I come to him with - and I've had my fair share of problems. Dr. Lim has very informative and helpful with my ongoing treatment and even shows me helpful exercises for unrelated issues I've come in for. Exceptional patient care every time. What an excellent team!
